I don't know how to sew, so I did it all by hand, no patterns or machine, with basic stitches. As a result, it's not exactly put together in any proper way, ha. I spent an hour in JoAnn Fabrics picking out the tweed (it was a 40% off suit fabric), the shirt material I ordered from spoonflower.com because it's a replica of 11's actual shirt print that was created by some cosplayers, and the bow tie is made from a burgundy fleece remnant from JoAnn. The fez is a Milk of Magnesia plastic dosing cup covered in the same fleece and attached to his head by elastic. It closes on his back with velcro.
